Linda Schacht
Linda is an artist. From the minute she steps in your home, she begins painting a canvas with her knowledge and creativity. From the bones to the bang, Linda works with you to analyze and pinpoint your style in order to craft a home that suits your values and needs.
Her background includes family ties to the building trade when she would follow her father around job sites and learn from the professionals. Now, she is the owner of Eastman Cartwright Home and does all the shopping for the store, so she knows what’s on-trend and what will stand the test of time.
Linda would describe her style as earthy eclectic: She is forward-thinking and her style is always evolving, but she has an affinity for pieces with a soul. Give her the space to create and your home will become a masterpiece.
LAURA WAMSLEY
Laura has a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from The Art Institute in Minneapolis Minnesota. After college, she made her way to California to enjoy warm weather, palm trees, and exotic architecture. She worked in an upscale furniture store which took her into many homes fulfilling decor dreams. Although she loved the experience Madison was her next destination, still fulfilling a big city vibe but closer to home and family.
This is where Laura became a custom drape and window finishing expert. Every day she made her way into people’s homes to add the extra final touches with beautiful curtains and blinds. She met her husband Lance and they decided to move back home to start their family. Laura took a position in the building industry where she took another design step forward designing bathrooms, kitchens, and flooring. Laura’s experience moved her up to a new position even closer to home allowing her talents to be showcased by creating custom home floor plans and CAD drawings. Rendering 3D designs bring that extra vision to any design job and make dreams come true like HGTV.
If her talents weren’t enough already she entered our team as a now licensed Realtor. So you can imagine all that she can create for any ones home. If you are looking to buy, sell, design, stage, build or redecorate, Laura is your girl. I am so excited to have her a part of my dream team.
